According to the draft, the old method of notifying the summons in person against signature will continue. Two new methods will be added – the Government Services portal and multifunctional centers. The initiative on a unified register of persons in charge of military service is connected not with mobilization, but with military registration, the system needs to be modernized, if people have questions about registration, then the task of the authorities is to clarify them.
