Foreign Ministry rules out the possibility of Russia returning to the Council of Europe

Previously President Vladimir Putin, to the State Duma, the Council of Europe’s international agreements in Russia, in particular the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the Convention on the Suppression of Terrorism, the Charter of the Council of Europe.
