Putin instructed to create a mechanism for the victims of scammers to be compensated

“The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Bank of Russia, should consider creating a mechanism for banks and other credit institutions to pay compensation to customers whose funds have been stolen as a result of fraudulent activities, and, if necessary, submit proposals. Making appropriate amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation,” it reads.
